    I noticed that the penultimate set of double-quotes are curly quotes:
    sudo nvram boot-args=””

    I’m guessing that was unintentional.

    • Right, Steve on both counts. Seems to be some bug in the WP editor that I can’t get round — keeps changing the normal quote to a curly one in the presence of the second one.

      I’ll try and find a fix, but in the meantime I’ll put a note in the main post. Thx.
